The information in this book is probably true. The book would be half as long if Kevin did not continually repeat himself. Some facts were also screwed up, such as his claim to never have had a serious health issue in his life. He stated in the first chapter that he had a heart valve problem and was cured by a natural rememdy. Also he referred to the movie Fast Food Nation by Morgan Spurlock which actually is called Super Size Me. Get your facts straight Kevin and have somebody else write and record your books!! or fire your editor!!

A real eye opener

Although I am not a vegetarian, this look into how the meat industry treats animals was a real eye opener for me and not a pleasant one. This is not an audio book that I would say is a pleasure to listen to but necessary to understand how these mass producers of meat products are treating animals. I for one have made a decision to not support companies such as KFC or other organizations. I have drastically cut down on animal products and will probably end up becoming a vegetarian. This book is a good first step for those that have questioned the consumption of animal products.
