This author has a way of drawing you in with stories that have substance, making you laugh, bring tears to you eyes and give us the reality of the bad choices people make, mistakes, heartache, love, and second chances that end up with happy endings. And the narrator did a bang up job with the narration and the emotions. Great job!

This is a very short and to the point review that in no way gives the story justice. Great story about a poor girl who has to overcome a lot of things and finds true love. This is a Christian romance within a historical timeframe. It was well done and kept me interested from the start to the end, I highly recommend giving this audio a listen.

Of course, I noticed Mr. Shirtless. With a bod like his, who wouldn’t? But his hot-factor didn’t matter. What did? My asshat ex and the need to make him jealous. So, I strolled up to the panty-melting stranger as though I knew him and laid one on him, hoping said asshat would see I’d moved on just fine without him. Only, he never saw me kissing another man.

I'm a fan of Ms. Saint James work, and this book did not disappoint. It's an erotic romance, with one hot alpha male. Molly had an abusive father and Ryker was the boy next door. He tries to protect her, but doesn't think he can protect her from himself, so he pushes her away. Only she's been the one for him. And he's been the one for her. There's just been some kinks in the two of them figuring it all out, but all works out in the end as it should. I'm looking forward to more books in this series.

Dark Tales Diaries 2 follows the same principles as the first book, a glimpse into the life of Tristan and then the letters which have been submitted to his publishing company. I enjoyed this book as much as the first one. The author continues with Tristan’s quest to find Keira and then the hot tales of three submissions are read. And I do mean hot!

The narrator is incredible in book one and he does the same superb job in book two. I highly recommend getting the first and second audiobooks, not only for the stories but for the marvelous narration as well.
I’m hoping we have book 3 soon, since Tristan’s story of finding the woman he loved must continue until we know what happened. Will he be reunited with her?

The concept of this book is unique and made up of a set of short stories. I was blown away by this audiobook actually and by the way the author writes a beautiful yet sexy tale about one man on a quest to find his lost love within the pages of people stories written to his publishing company. We get a glimpse of him, and then hear each story submission to Dear Dark Tales…

The narration was just as awesome as the stories. The narrator has one of those voices that make you take notice, continue to listen, and make you want to swoon. Sexy voice! I have moved him to my list of must hear narrators.
