Better than I Thought...

Makes me want to be friends with her! I generally prefer books to most people! LOL Truly though, it is light hearted, funny and down to earth. Reminds us that no matter who we are, what we do for a living or even how famous one may be, that we are all human. We all make mistakes, we all feel people are better than us, have different ways of masking our insecurities and achievements. That it is OK to be the scrappy little nobody! It makes me think that had she grown up mear each other, and in the same age range to attend school at the same time, we could've been friends. Maybe not, I was the Queen of the misfits, not totally Gothic but not totally not either. Give the book a go, its great for some laughter at another persons wanderings through life. I enjoyed it.

Tried this series by chance. I was not disappointed. Give it a try, uou will not be disappointed.

I didn't think I would like this book.. Or the one they wrote before it. But my suggestion is that you read it yourself.... See if you can put it down.

Best Book ever

I purchased this book quite some time ago but never really felt in the right mood to give it a shot. Not my first NS rodeo and I love his work.

This book provided some insight to so many things. Brought emotions from things that I've never actually expirienced. Through the writing it made me feel as if I was really there. That it was my family.

Definately a must read. Sad it had to end.

Are they getting shorter?

I'm not sure exactly what made me purchase the first book in this series. Most likely a sale or something. It certainly took me long enough to try it out The beginning of the very first book seemed a bit slow but not sure if it was simply because I had nothing else that I wanted to read and was just putting that one on or if it was in fact really slow. It's a bit obvious it has since gotten much better as I am paying more and more for each newer book. It feels like the last couple of books have been going much faster than the others I have not checked to see the read time, but maybe again, it's just me.

This is a great series, especially for younger readers has enough romance without becoming too much for those young people.

I recommend giving the series a try. I'm glad I did.

Loved the story line. Believable. Only issue I had was that the female narrator was able to do both the southern Texas accent as well as the male New England accent but was disappointed that the male narrator didn't do the New England accent. Especially being that the male character was from Boston. That was super disappointing as I love a good Bostononian.

Good but wish it were longer

The story was good. It feels a bit like some other things that I have read though. Sexy boss, sexy assistant, lots of secret sexual tensión.. Yup got it. Seriously though the story was good... But not as long or drama filled as some others. Great for being a free read would have been disappointed if I had paid for it.

The reading was perfect! The story was every woman's dream. Such a very acquirable and believeable story. You never know what true love can really do. It inspires people to look beyond today and see what truly can be accomplished. Loved it.
