Nick once again brought another of Mary Rundle’s ‘Blackwood Pack’ books to life. His interpretation of the High Priestess to this reviewer was spot on. Can’t wait for the next one.

Nick did such another wonderful job bringing this story off the page and to life. I would recommend this audio to any fans of Mary’s Blackwood pack books. So looking forward to the next book.

A must listen for any Mary Rundle fan

I am a big fan of this series, so when It was announced it was coming to audible I was super excited. When Mary posted an excerpt of Nick narrating I couldn’t believe it was one step closer in the publishing dept. The way Nick brought the characters to life hooked me. Already have listened to it multiple times and will listen to it again when the next book releases on this platform.

Griff Matthews knew he looked like trouble but for a wolf shifter mechanic he was fairly laid back most of the time. Pleased that his Alpha was finally settled with his new mate, Griff longs to meet the man of his dreams. Little did he know he would find it that same evening, when he was too drunk to realize that his good looking hook-up was actually his mate. Problem is when he woke up sober his bed was empty.

Wonderful Book

The book is a wonderful book and gets 5 stars. The performance though, I found myself turning it off and switching to another audible. John York has a nice voice, but for Griff or even Diablo’s voice he was the wrong choice in bringing them to life. If it was me I’d have chosen either Michael Pauley, Greg Boudreaux, Michael Lesley, or Joel Leslie.
