the power of vulnerability is almost the same material so it's better to get that audio book. that book has better pauses and is read by the author. this narrator isn't bad , just this product isn't really needed or should have a disclaimer that it's the same thing as the other book.

The paperback of this book has been is a fantastic read. This format is good, if you want to revisit the chapters.
Did the narration match the pace of the story?
The pace of the narration is a bit odd, it's not quite a story but more a series of do's and don'ts. So it's a bit weird to listen to.
