Ok, I love the brother’s stories but this one was forced. The author uses the same phrases “climbed into (out of bed”, “climbed into my car” …like the word processor inserts the phrase instead of using something else. Also Simon and Grace voices aren’t differentiated better

I really don't know--
What was most disappointing about Philippa Gregory’s story?
One note story--Jewish girl in hiding in 16th century England. I understand her constant fear but Gregory doesn't have to highlight it constantly. It doesn't make the reader more fearful
Have you listened to any of Bianca Amato’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Disappointment because I usually enjoy Gregory's books.

hard to follow without rereading first book in the series--don't recall relationships and no hints to who is who. Characters aren't interesting.
Would you ever listen to anything by Jane Smiley again?

Yes--you almost know from early in the story who is the murderer but how the story unfolds is exciting
Which scene was your favorite?
Holly and Seamus doing math problems and then discussing her "find".
