Reflecting on the history of the seven deadly sins as a way to understand the limitations the patriarchy place and expect of women and society at large. Women are encouraged to think about the seven deadly sins as virtues. So much more than this, very enlightening and enriching.

Many of the stories held within this book are so familiar to me. Told with wit, ferocity and joy. A pleasure to listen to.

You feel all the feelings listening to Hannah explore her life and how it has got her to the now. Eloquent, authentic, funny, honest, and raw. I had a little cry and a little smile here and there.

I highly recommend this book. Love, love, loved it!

Narration is much too fast. This person rushes through the story making it impossible to listen to.

Would you try another book from Rich Roll and/or Rich Roll?

No

What do you think your next listen will be?

I don't know yet.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

His voice lacked any expression, totally monotone, almost unbearable and I was unable to listen through to the end of the book.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Finding Ultra?

Shorten some of the descriptive elements. Individual stories, such as the long winded details of the run towards the end of the book were really tedious.

Any additional comments?

Never allow this man to narrate a book again. Money should be refunded for such dreadful reading.
