Historia
In this comprehensive guide for practitioners and those concerned with thyroid health, Marianne Teitelbaum, D.C., integrates the ancient medicine of Ayurveda with modern scientific findings to address the growing epidemic of thyroid disease. Revealing how the thyroid is the victim of many factors that conspire to create ill health—and how many cases of thyroid disease go undiagnosed—Teitelbaum focuses not only on treating thyroid problems and symptoms but also on diagnosing them at their earliest, most reversible stages.

Hard listen
Revisado: 09-13-22
The information in this book is decent but it’s hard to listen to. The editing is really clunky and the narrator struggles to pronounce the words. I definitely understand the challenge with this but it’s actually hard to listen to.
Generally these stories are so rich and alive but this audio has no feeling. It’s completely sterile.

Historia
When white supremacist Wade Michael Page murdered six people and wounded four in a Sikh Temple in Wisconsin in 2012, Pardeep Kaleka was devastated. The temple leader, now dead, was his father. His family, who had immigrated to the US from India when Pardeep was young, had done everything right. Why was this happening to him? Arno Michaelis, a former skinhead and founder of one of the largest racist skinhead organizations in the world, knew he had to take action and fight against the very crimes he used to commit.

Incredible Story
Revisado: 11-26-20
This book is beautiful and powerful. Although there are parts that are hard to listen to, it was meaningful and important to the story as a whole.
This is an invaluable book. I highly recommend it. What a beautiful journey of forgiveness and turning tragedy into an important movement.

MUST READ
Revisado: 03-06-18
This is one of those books that carries you into the depths of your soul knowing. It helps, not only to point the reader into that knowing, but also helps it alchemize. It’s thoughtful, powerful and filled with heart. Thank you Michael.
