Mind the accent of the author. It's a meet the author versus having somebody else red it scenario. I am OK with his accent though. A very good book that laid out the science and the mindset towards weight loss.

Big fans of the author. His podcast is the only health podcast I followed. Although not everything can be fitted into my lifestyle but doing what I could and many part of my life has improved such as my weight loss, my sleep, my focus during work and my energy throughout the day. After all, health is wealth, preventative is better than restorative for sure. At this point, anything goes for a smarter lifestyle for a longetivity rest of my life.

Without too many spoilers, this title is one of my life-changing books for September 2022. The author's experience in the film industry made me more conscious of what I watched and what I listened to. I like the fact that she was not vague in her experience.

Love his research findings. It added more texture and understanding depth to historical and archeological sites. Graham changed my attitude towards the subject of history from what I used to think of as a boring subject to what I wanted to know more.

This is my first listen from all of Graham Hancock's titles. I was not a big history/geology fan. Graham's thorough research and his ways of narrating everything got me hooked. Now I'm addicted, in love and yearning to know more of Earth's real history that they don't teach us.

This is a great listen. In any argument, it'd be of a better judgement if anyone can listen to both side of the story. It's always good to really hear from "them" as well. After listening to this title I felt that the vaccine is more trust worthy and are made of good intention.

I am a semi vegan and considered myself quite healthy but still I get sick and some health symptoms here and there. Listening to this title made me realise so many flaws in my health and nutritions. This is certainly a mind blowing, life changing title to listen or read for sure.

People always say they don't have enough time to do everything or if they wish there are more hours in a day. To wake up early is to getting that wish. This is another book teaching insights to live a better life by waking up at 5am. I know it's easier said than done, I tried it and it does feel really good to wake up early.

Highly recommended with many guided meditation practices included. One of the best thorough, detailed and to the point title on meditation I had listened to. The author explained that the practice of meditation is non-religious and will benefit everyone who practicing it.
