Terrible
Revisado: 11-06-19
Tarantino and peckinpah can rest easily. The inane violence and stupid and arrogant bloodshed mixed with exhaustive meaninglessness details and ponderous dialogue are laughable. Tom Cruise can have this short film character for free this time. Tom can’t be the big and ugly one this time.

Historia
Author David Brooks explores the four commitments that define a life of meaning and purpose: to a spouse and family, to a vocation, to a philosophy or faith, and to a community. Our personal fulfillment depends on how well we choose and execute these commitments. Brooks looks at a range of people who have lived joyous, committed lives, and who have embraced the necessity and beauty of dependence. He gathers their wisdom on how to choose a partner, how to pick a vocation, how to live out a philosophy, and how we can begin to integrate our commitments into one overriding purpose.

I don’t know who this was written for as a target audience, but it wasn’t me. Self involved and too intellectual and ironically not heart felt. He usually is a good listen. This is disappointing.

Historia
What happens when the President of the United States governs one Tweet at a time? When the elected leader of the free world may not have a firm grasp on the names of government agencies, much less an understanding of their intricate inner-workings? In the days following the 2016 inauguration, government personnel searched for answers that didn’t exist, while White House staff scoured halls for employees who would never be appointed.
