Gentle and Lowly gives a panoramic view of the heart of God and is powerful medicine for anyone who has a performative relationship with Him. It’s near the top of my list of books that every believer should read!

Definitely a "Must Read" Book!

I read "Insider Outsider" in less than 24 hours because I simply couldn't put it down! I found myself reading, then rereading several passages, stunned that someone was giving voice to, putting into words my decades-long experience in a white evangelical church. I sometimes felt like Pastor Loritts had been eavesdropping on my thoughts...precious-pearl-thoughts that have simmered beneath the surface for many years. Everyone who longs to see the healing of the Black-White breach in the church will love this book!! The only disappointment was the narrator who lacked the passion you hear when Bryan Loritts speaks...

This was an amazing comprehensive overview of the life and ministry of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and a grand display of his spiritual passion and determination to lead the country on the path of racial reconciliation and equality. Because it was generously sprinkled with excerpts from his various speeches and addresses, you felt as if you were right there along with him as he spoke. Truly a must read!!

Great book with a horrible narrator!!

This is an amazing and very helpful, inspiring book. The narrator, though, is another story! She almost sounds flippant when reading weighty and important passages. The author is not well served by this rendering. Had the subject matter not been so engaging, I would never have been able to finish this audible version...

I could not put this book down! I have never before read a book by someone with such a laser-beam sharp memory. For much of the story, it felt more like watching a movie... truly an amazing, well- written story!!!

Even if you don't or can't do the writing exercises she guides you through, you'll pick up lots tips and tools to improve your writing.
