Kinda confusing, you lose track very easily

Something about this book just made it really confusing. it might be how there is way too many characters in the story, especially in the first hour If you stop and try to come back a day or two later it's going to take you 15 to 20 minutes just to figure out where you're at. The gladiator fight is good but it just lost me...

Great but lost track

honestly this is a good book. story was very solid. history was spot on to very on point, but I lost track from time to time more than three times throughout the book. you'll love it but I'm warning you guys. You may lose track.....

it's honestly hard to give this book a chance. it has very good parts.... but this first book doesn't seem all that worth it to go down this rabbit hole of a series

The performances were pretty good. honestly, the voice actors were carrying that story the entire time. it was too easygoing. easy to predict but with that it would have been just fine. if it wasn't for the ending I would have given it five stars if it wasn't for the ending.

the entirety could get 5 out of five if you really wanted to but it gets really really confusing sometimes it's the point where you don't understand what's going on in that moment especially the fight scenes certain fight scenes you won't know what's going on truly.
