I like that this book jumps right into the learning, no fluff or wasted time. I listen to it multiple times, to memorize the words. It’s not super comprehensive, but it’s a fantastic start!

Great narrator!

The narrator was fantastic, however, the story just dragged on way too long, good dialogue, but it’s funny because the movie actually was better because it made the plot more condensed, the way it should’ve been.

Empty book, little ‘how to’

This was a waste of time, almost no helpful information, hardly anything insightful, a few tidbits here and there, most of it was extreme common sense. Very little ‘how to’, mostly what you ‘should’ do, but not giving helpful examples, or if so, barely any examples.

Amazing story

Excellent story, wonderful narrator, the only problem is the volume was sometimes sometimes too loud sometimes too quiet, but everything else was good.

I like learning, this was a nice overview of health concepts in general.

Narrator did a good job, difficult to pronounce so many unusual terms, she did a wonderful job.

I really like this, especially the etymology, for me, that was fascinating, and made memorizing the terms so much easier.

Great audiobook, well done, audio is balanced. Voice is pretty. I play the speed a little faster during the day, when I don’t want to sleep, but learn the words.

Really good, just wish the pauses weren’t so long between phrases

I liked the practical information, wish the French was repeated 2 or 3 times for repetition.

Overall it was okay

The narrator has a pretty good voice, I don’t know why people are so harsh, they are right, sometimes the audio was louder and quieter at times, but overall I’m happy that at least there was an audiobook.

The pacing was good, sometimes a little slow, but in real life, the Navy is like that, a lot of boredom, then some crazy stuff happens.

To enjoy the book better, it’s a good idea to look at some nautical terms, and get familiar with some of the boat information.
