Excellent all around

This book Reminded me of the stories my grandmom told of WWII. The beauty of the islands. the belief her brothers were safe stationed in the South Pacific and the terror of the attack on Pearl Harbor and the heart breaking wait to hear if they survived. the rich imaginary, the story, and the performance were all excellent.
