Although this book was a little strange and not my usual read, I could not stop listening to it. Things don't quite tie together at the end like they should though, but it was still very interesting.

Historia
Temperance Brennan, forensic anthropologist for both North Carolina and Quebec, has come from Charlotte to Montreal during the bleak days of December to testify as an expert witness at a murder trial. She should be going over her notes, but instead she's digging in the basement of a pizza parlor. Not fun. Freezing cold. Crawling rats. And now, the skeletonized remains of three young women. How did they get there? When did they die?

Very Good.

I really enjoyed this book. The only thing I didn't like was there was just a little too much forensic scientific detail. For someone who is not into science, I just tune those details out.

Historia
While in Paris, Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon is awakened by a phone call in the dead of the night. The elderly curator of the Louvre has been murdered inside the museum, his body covered in baffling symbols. As Langdon and gifted French cryptologist Sophie Neveu sort through the bizarre riddles, they are stunned to discover a trail of clues hidden in the works of Leonardo da Vinci—clues visible for all to see and yet ingeniously disguised by the painter.

I am a first time reader of Dan Brown.
I was somewhat skeptical, thinking that his writing would not be the style I enjoyed reading. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Although I was a little disappointed in the ending of this story. It seemed to be somewhat of a let-down.
