Historia
In dog sledding, they say unless you’re the lead dog the scenery never changes. But what is leadership? What is a leader? Whether you want to successfully lead a team or lead yourself, you need to be clear on these definitions. What Is Leadership? is a multisession leadership retreat in a box. Why spend $20,000 to hire one expert for your meeting when your team can benefit from expert perspectives for the same price as a business lunch?

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?
I'd skip this one as it bounces around with little continuity - no flow. Also they've put in commercials - something I'm not too thrilled about - even if they only last 45 secs.

Historia
There just isn't enough time for everything on our to-do list - and there never will be. Successful people don't try to do everything. They learn to focus on the most important tasks and make sure those get done. They eat their frogs. There's an old saying that if the first thing you do each morning is eat a live frog, you'll have the satisfaction of knowing you're done with the worst thing you'll have to do all day. For Tracy, eating a frog is a metaphor for tackling your most challenging task - but also the one that can have the greatest positive impact on your life.

If you could sum up Eat That Frog! in three words, what would they be?
Smart Friendly Comfortable
Any additional comments?
Just a good old fashion this-makes-sense book. You'll find yourself nodding in agreement with a lot of chapters. Chapter 4 was the best for me, but many other stood out as well. Somewhere in this book you'll find enough knowledge to make it a very worthwhile purchase. Great job Mr.Tracy!

Just not worth the listen - report card C-
Revisado: 04-21-12
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
Can't think of anyone
Would you ever listen to anything by John Assaraf and Murray Smith again?
Yes. Murray Smith - but his part was just minutes long. Too bad.
What aspect of John Assaraf and Murray Smith ’s performance would you have changed?
A lot more Smith, a lot less Assaraf
What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?
Disappointment in that the same theme was beaten like a dead horse -- over and over and over again. Really not the insight I was looking for.... Smith's part was good but only minutes long - what a shame.
Any additional comments?
Yes, save your money. Just simply not that good.....
