Historia
Tall, dark, and exquisitely sensual, he is the epitome of male perfection. Not that Claudia Martin is looking for a lover. Or a husband. As owner and headmistress of Miss Martin's School for Girls in Bath, she long ago resigned herself to a life without love. Until Joseph, Marquess of Attingsborough, arrives unannounced and tempts her to toss away a lifetime of propriety for an affair that can only lead to ruin.

The most annoying "heroine"
Revisado: 07-20-23
I can not get past chapter 5. She is a spiteful, obnoxious grudge holder.

Historia
Giles Renwick, Earl of Lilford, has never made a fool of himself over a woman—until he meets Lady Yasmin Régnier. Yasmin is ineligible for his attentions in every way: not as a wife, certainly not as a mistress (she is a lady!), nor even as a friend, since they vehemently dislike each other. Her gowns are too low, and her skirts are dampened to cling to admittedly lovely thighs. She loves to gossip—and giggle.

Supporting character (one in particular)...
Revisado: 11-30-22
make this almost impossible to listen to. *spoiler alert...sorta* I loathe Lydia . spoiled, obnoxious, whiny little twit makes this listen unbearable . Pass on a second. barely got through the first.
**update.
the above was written about half way in. It got worse. The story was just all over the place. It became unbelievable with unnecessary useless conflict. The sister became even more obnoxious if that's possible. So disappointing. The story had such promise but ended up being trite. Shame we had to wait so long for this.
OH! the "epilogues" were .... odd useless anecdotes

Historia
When her overprotective family tries to curtail her activities, spirited debutante Fiona Garrity decides marriage is her surest way to freedom. All she needs is an accommodating—and preferably not too perceptive—husband with his own hobbies so that he will not interfere with hers. Destiny puts her into the path of a scholarly earl. He would be the perfect candidate…if only his gray eyes were not so magnetic, and his virile nearness didn’t affect her in such a stimulating manner….

Childish "heroine"
Revisado: 07-05-22
when you write stories about children I suppose one can't be annoyed they act like children. She's an annoying, whiny, spoiled brat. Not written in the best light

Very slow. Very boring
Revisado: 10-26-21
Cant tell if it's a Novel or infomercial. Narrator is not good at all. The English accent sounds very American, the Scottish us passable. Spends too much time on nonsensical face creams and irrelevant story lines. Struggled to get through ...kept skipping through hoping it would get more interesting. It did not.

Extremely juvenile characters. No one with a master's degree would be as dumb as this character
