So much hype- even saw Jane Fonda make references to it in a movie , got corrected by a women that this was a love story. So I downloaded the book Holy Crap really a love story- Just visit a women’s abuse shelter - minus the money and hot looks and there’s your 2nd 3rd ……:book . As a man with my share of testosterone my take away - sad that that’s considered a really good read . I did like the narrator but I listened at 1.2 speed so maybe that’s the difference. For those who like this book - all good it’s a free world/ entitled to your opinion. Not my opinion of a love story. In short -women meet man, women going to change man - as always women not change man in the end

If you have a little dark side that leans to the fringe you should enjoy. A little of the language is strong. At the end it made me stand still and reflect on some of my own relatable experiences
