I loved it all. ❤️ so much deeper and fuller than love warrior....which I also liked but found the religious undertones a little off putting. This is honest and real and gives me hope that TRUE LOVE exists. Thank you for sharing your art.

Love this guy

I have been doing Shaman Durek's free meditations on his podcast for the past few months and they have changed my life. Like literally. Not just mindfulness meditations but real healings, hard to describe, but he's so the real deal. I love this book so far. Love his energy and also bought the hardcover for my teen daughter who is becoming a fan and likes paper books. Thank you Shaman Durek!!!!! I have been releasing so much fear and sadness and I really feel like his style of healing has played a big role in that. Great performance. Lots of good info. Not at all like the other 'spiritual' books out today, a unique spin that makes me think about things differently, upside down, koan-like....amazing book.

Do not listen if you were born anytime after 1970

Super triggering older, white male who gives a few drops of advice telling you to take deep breaths to center etc. He lost me completely when he starts telling some story that has "you'll get a smokin hot girlfriend' as part of the story set up. Ugh. Couldn't get past that. Waste of 5 bucks. Nothing conscious or even spiritual, felt like I was listening to a hotel sales pitch.
