This book was good, but not as much exciting as past books.
Also, 2 or 3 times the audio messed up and played over the narration. (So annoying!)

Historia
Somewhere out beyond the edge of the universe there is a library that contains an infinite number of books, each one the story of another reality. One tells the story of your life as it is, along with another book for the other life you could have lived if you had made a different choice at any point in your life. While we all wonder how our lives might have been, what if you had the chance to go to the library and see for yourself? Would any of these other lives truly be better? In The Midnight Library, Nora Seed finds herself faced with this decision.

Historia
On a cool June evening in 2009, after performing a concert at London's Royal Academy of Music, 20-year-old American flautist Edwin Rist boarded a train for a suburban outpost of the British Museum of Natural History. Home to one of the largest ornithological collections in the world, the Tring museum was full of rare bird specimens whose gorgeous feathers were worth staggering amounts of money to the men who shared Edwin's obsession: the Victorian art of salmon fly-tying. Once inside the museum, the champion fly-tier grabbed hundreds of bird skins - some collected 150 years earlier.

Revisado: 05-02-21
The narrator of this book was wonderful. I listen to a lot of audio books & there are narrators out there who shouldn’t be narrating audio books. MacLeod Andrews is an amazing narrator. I never thought i’d like a story about birds, but this was such a captivating story.

Historia
The story opens with the apparently accidental drowning of a sixth form student in the Norfolk countryside. As a matter of routine, or so it seems, the case passes across the desk of Detective Sergeant Smith, recently returned to work after an internal investigation into another case that has led to tensions between officers at Kings Lake police headquarters. As an ex-DCI, Smith could have retired by now, and it is clear that some of his superiors wish that he would do so.

Great book
Revisado: 02-11-21
The only thing I didn’t like about the book is when it changed scenes & characters abruptly. The narrator would be talking about one scene & then go directly into and character with out a new chapter. At times it got confusing, though I would just rewind a bit and figure it out. Overall it was a great book. Also- anything that Richard Armitage narrates is going to be great.
