not her best book!
Revisado: 06-09-20
I love Lisa Sanders's books but this one didn't have many patient's stories which is what I like. It was mostly explaining medical terms.

As a Yale School of Medicine physician, the New York Times best-selling author of Every Patient Tells a Story, and an inspiration and adviser for the hit Fox TV drama, House, M.D., Lisa Sanders has seen it all. And yet, she is often confounded by the cases she describes in her column: unexpected collections of symptoms that she and other physicians struggle to diagnose. Dr. Sanders shows how making the right diagnosis requires expertise, painstaking procedure, and sometimes a little luck.

Great book!
Revisado: 02-18-20
I absolutely loved every aspect from this book. From the fascinating stories, to the way they were narrated. It thought me a lot of things I didn't previously know. It also thought me that things are not always the way they present themselves and that you sometimes have to think outside of the box.

This book was very entertaining. Dr. Franklin made me feel like I knew him. I admire his passion for medicine and how he went above and beyond for his patients.

Very good book!
Revisado: 12-23-19
I really enjoyed this book. It could've had more stories of people that went to the ER but overall it was a good listen. Highly recommend it for new aspiring nurses.
