Would not recommend

You officially get over 4 hours of information, but in fact most of the stuff is just repeated and repeated and repeated a few times so you're getting maybe 1.5 hours information.
Regarding the information itself, some things are actually explained well and quite detailed, but some things are explained in a very birds eye view and it won't help you start doing it right away without doing more research.

Misleading
Revisado: 05-23-24
If you're looking to get financially literate, this book is not for you. This will not make your financial illiterate. It just speaks about the importance of financial literacy without actually making you financially literate.

Historia
The charges of white privilege and systemic racism that are tearing the country apart fIoat free of reality. Two known facts, long since documented beyond reasonable doubt, need to be brought into the open and incorporated into the way we think about public policy: American Whites, Blacks, Hispanics, and Asians have different violent crime rates and different means and distributions of cognitive ability.

Historia
In virtually every way that can be measured, Gen Z’s mental health is worse than that of previous generations. Youth suicide rates are climbing, antidepressant prescriptions for children are common, and the proliferation of mental health diagnoses has not helped the staggering number of kids who are lonely, lost, sad and fearful of growing up. What’s gone wrong with America’s youth? In Bad Therapy, bestselling investigative journalist Abigail Shrier argues that the problem isn’t the kids—it’s the mental health experts.

Super job in bringing to light a totally different way of raising children. Hopefully with much better results than current mainstream.
