This book has a lot of great information in it.

This book has a lot of great information in it. With trying to balance all of life's demands this book will help you to find ways to make sleep a priority. I never really understood the power and importance of sleep until I listen to this book. I would recommend this book to anyone. I believe all should become more self-aware of their sleep habits.
