Historia
Ryland Grace is the sole survivor on a desperate, last-chance mission - and if he fails, humanity and the Earth itself will perish. Except that right now, he doesn't know that. He can't even remember his own name, let alone the nature of his assignment or how to complete it. All he knows is that he's been asleep for a very, very long time. And he's just been awakened to find himself millions of miles from home, with nothing but two corpses for company.

Historia
Twenty-four-year-old Saeris Fane is good at keeping secrets. No one knows about the strange powers she possesses or the fact that she has been picking pockets and stealing from the Undying Queen's reservoirs for as long as she can remember. But a secret is like a knot. Sooner or later, it is bound to come undone. When Saeris comes face-to-face with Death himself, she inadvertently reopens a gateway between realms and is transported to a land of ice and snow. The Fae have always been the stuff of myth, of legend, of nightmares… but it turns out they're real.

“Some moments are meant to be cherished for only as long as you can remember them.” Something like that…. Beautiful sorry! Wonderful world building, character development! And the inner monologue isn’t annoying, at least I didn’t think so.

Historia
The Catenan Republic—the Hierarchy—may rule the world now, but they do not know everything. I tell them my name is Vis Telimus. I tell them I was orphaned after a tragic accident three years ago, and that good fortune alone has led to my acceptance into their most prestigious school. I tell them that once I graduate, I will gladly join the rest of civilized society in allowing my strength, my drive, and my focus—what they call Will—to be leeched away and added to the power of those above me, as millions already do. As all must eventually do.

Historia
After nearly eighteen months at Basgiath War College, Violet Sorrengail knows there’s no more time for lessons. No more time for uncertainty. Because the battle has truly begun, and with enemies closing in from outside their walls and within their ranks, it’s impossible to know who to trust. Now Violet must journey beyond the failing Aretian wards to seek allies from unfamiliar lands to stand with Navarre. The trip will test every bit of her wit, luck, and strength, but she will do anything to save what she loves—her dragons, her family, her home, and him.

Omg!!!! Can’t say much
Revisado: 01-24-25
The narration was good. However I’d prefer if it was just the same two from the previous books. I’m used to her character portrayal’s of the characters and she’s done a good job at all of them. I don’t want to say too much about the story except, holy cliffhanger!! Really enjoyed this.

Writing is satisfactory, narration is great.
Revisado: 01-22-25
When I say that the writing is satisfactory, that’s a high compliment. In most book series that I read, there’s something about the writing that I have to complain about. Not this one! The character development felt organic and justified, the arcs were not forced…. Nothing felt forced, and thank the ascended for that! Honestly I’m surprised that ACOTAR has more reviews than this series. I also liked those books (don’t get me wrong). I loved the narrator too. She wonderfully portrayed the characters. I read a lot of complaints about the male narrator, and yeah I don’t like him as much as the lady…. But he was still good, I’d listen to him again.

Historia
Twenty-year-old Violet Sorrengail was supposed to enter the Scribe Quadrant, living a quiet life among books and history. Now, the commanding general—also known as her tough-as-talons mother—has ordered Violet to join the hundreds of candidates striving to become the elite of Navarre: dragon riders. But when you’re smaller than everyone else and your body is brittle, death is only a heartbeat away...because dragons don’t bond to “fragile” humans. They incinerate them.

You need this book! And then you need “Kids, Parents and Power Struggles” but the same author. There’s just no question about it, every parent needs these two books! And when you’re done with those get “The explosive child”, and “Brain-Body Parenting”. Oh and then the whole “How To Talk So Kids will Listen and Listen so Kids Will Talk”. But this book should be the start! Every parent needs this book!

Revisado: 07-08-24
Every parent needs this book. Heck every person needs this book whether you have children or not! If you don’t have children then this book will give you some insight into your own childhood.
But for parents this should be the first book you read! I listen to a lot of parenting books, and this one is now at the top of my list, taking the place of “The Explosive Child”. The Explosive Child is also very good and if you haven’t read it yet, head there next! But start with this one!
