Historia
Howards End is a novel about social conventions, codes of conduct, and private relationships in turn-of-the-century England. It also showcases differences between the middle class and the poor, while weaving a complex story of relationship amongst three families belonging to three different classes of pre-war England. Howards End is considered by many to be E. M. Forster's masterpiece.

Unable to listen to narration
Revisado: 11-14-24
Love the story but had to return this audio book and purchase the book read by Emma Thompson. This narrator had an American accent, but read the dialogue in a poorly done British accent and kept switching back and forth between accents. I’m an American and it was very annoying. Also, the sound quality of the recording was very echo-y and sharp - hurt my ears to listen. Got to chapter 4 and said no more. Emma Thompson’s voice is music to my ears.

Historia
There are nine rooms in the House of Islam and the Wind of God's Spirit is blowing through every one of them. David Garrison spent three years travelling a quarter of a million miles through every corner of the Muslim world to investigate reports far and wide of Muslims turning to faith in Jesus Christ. In this amazing odyssey, Garrison gathered the stories of more than a thousand Muslim-background believers, asking them the question: What did God use to bring you to faith in Jesus Christ? Tell me your story.

Worthwhile book
Revisado: 10-03-21
This book was a little slow moving at first, but it’s worth finishing. A lot more personal stories toward the end. Lots of thoughtful observations and experiences. The author doesn’t try to force his own opinions on the listener, but encourages consideration of what he’s presenting in this book. Concludes with suggestions for practical applications in reaching out to Muslims.
