This book is packed with somatic-based tools which can be combined with EMDR protocols to increase attunement and healing. It has expanded my understanding and view of EMDR and how I use it with clients.

A human-based and compassionate view of the ways society not only impacts, but contributes to and maintains, so many of the challenges we face mentally, physically, and spiritually. Very thought-provoking and invites discussion.
