Female narrator nailed the obnoxious main characters…unfortunately. Obviously geared to early high school with the “pranks”.
I did listen to the end only because I was on long distance drive.

Thank heavens original narrator back. Nothing against last one…have listened to others she’s done and enjoyed but after all the previous books it was jarring.

Unfortunately I’m locked into the listening but this narrator has extremely grating voice and very little differences in character voices.
If the reason she was selected was pricing, you got what you paid for.

Just plain awful. First 3 books have great narrator now this dis jointed effort. Could not even finish. I get audible for driving and the distraction of having to constantly adjust audio to hear conversations made this a no go.

Horrible narration..what happened to the one from first books?

Don’t mess with what works. This narrative does not fit educated midwestern woman. Sounds like So Cali youngster.

Beware...narration changes

I have thoroughly enjoyed the books and purchased the audible versions for a cross country trip. The first 3 books had a wonderful narrator- voice fit the mature educated Chicago native newscaster. New narrator sounds is voicing all characters with a nasal twang and is rushing through the narration. Just plain awful for these books. Do yourself a favor and avoid audible version past book 3 . Stick with the written word.

Narrators were terrible. Over dramatic for the male and nasally grating female. Glad I didn’t have to pay for the experience.

I liked the story although it seemed more simplistic than her other books. Having two narrators made it very disjointed and hard to maintain the continuity of the characters. Nothing against the male voice but totally unnecessary. Female performance was much more effective.

What disappointed you about Feverborn?

New narrator destroyed series for me. Now switching back to reading is even spoiled because of conflicting voices in my head. What ever possessed her to change horses in mid stream?

What could Karen Marie Moning have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
