Historia
This is Gordon Ramsay’s autobiography – the first time he has told the full story of how he became the world’s most famous and infamous chef: his difficult childhood, his brother’s heroin addiction and his failed first career as a footballer: all of these things have made him the celebrated culinary talent and media powerhouse that he is today.

Not what I expected
Revisado: 12-03-11
Would you consider the audio edition of Humble Pie to be better than the print version?
Not me. I had a bit of a hard time coping with Ramsay's accent,
Who was your favorite character and why?
Ramsay, of course.
Would you listen to another book narrated by Gordon Ramsay?
Probably not. He speaks too fast and with an odd accent.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
No
Any additional comments?
I thought he kept much of his personal life to himself and share with us, readers, mostly his failures and sucesses in his professional carreer. I don't know how much a man that works as mich as he does have of a personal life, but I bet there must be some!I bought the book because I wanted to know more of who he is rather than how he works.

Entertaining
Revisado: 12-03-11
What made the experience of listening to The Night Strangers the most enjoyable?
The story was good, chilly at some points and narrators performed well
What did you like best about this story?
It's not a very common topic although it is a ghost story, the approach a little different.
Which character – as performed by Alison Fraser and Mark Bramhall – was your favorite?
Garnet
If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?
A old story told in a new outfit.
Any additional comments?
I didn't like the ending so much, a little bit to surreal for me. Was expecting something a little more...possible.
