I was skeptical about trying a new diet since they seem to never work out for me. This audiobook made it easy fro me to adjust my lifestyle. Now I know why my blood pressure is always on the high side and how to fix it. The recipes are great and they are very easy to make. Overall I am very happy I got this book.

I recently heard about the mediterranean diet and wanted to give it a try. This book was a great way to do research and learn exactly how to go through with this new way of eating. I have been eating healthier by following the advice in this book and I have found some delicious recipes that are helping me cook new meals for me and my family. Based on the information I've learned from this guide I can see how this diet can really help me lose weight. I am excited to continue, it works with my lifestyle and I'm already seeing results.

I thought this book would have a list of affirmations I could use to change my mindset. However, it did that and more. I learned that I had my mindset wrong and it showed me ways to improve this. I also have his other affirmations book and by listening to both of them I feel more mindful and I am ready to reach my goals. I made it a habit to listen to affirmations every morning and this helps me stay focused on this goal. The affirmations are really helpful and they are helping me change my subconscious mind to attract positivity into my life.

This audiobook provides you with a great introduction into positive affirmations and how they can help you manifest your dreams through the law of attraction. I have seen other audiobooks that provide you with only a list of affirmations, this book is different. If you don't understand how affirmations work or you don't know what the law of attraction is this book will help you understand. I learned a lot at the beginning of the book since it covers different ways to use positive affirmations and then it gives you a whole list that you can put into practice. The narrator talks in a very calming voice and it really helps you obtain the mindfulness you need to attract your goals.
