Historia
In the year 2045, reality is an ugly place. The only time Wade Watts really feels alive is when he’s jacked into the OASIS, a vast virtual world where most of humanity spends their days. When the eccentric creator of the OASIS dies, he leaves behind a series of fiendish puzzles, based on his obsession with the pop culture of decades past. Whoever is first to solve them will inherit his vast fortune—and control of the OASIS itself.

I can't believe I waited so long to read this!

I'm surprised this was never marketed or reviewed for teens. It is a high quality crossover book that appeals to both adults and teens. Excellent pacing, characters, and addition of 1980s trivia.

Another Bella
Revisado: 10-06-10
Though the narrator does a wonderful job portraying the main character and voicing the various accents, the girl drives me crazy. She is just another Bella, a weak willed girl who will do anything her guy wants, who will trust him despite glaring evidence against him, who will break all her resolutions at the sight of him. Lame. Very disappointing from the author of Kiki Strike, a terrific book about five extraordinarily intelligent, talented, and daring young women.
