This had a lot of good points but I don’t know if I fully believe all of it. This seems very much wanting to be your child’s friend instead of your child’s parent.

I wasn’t sure about this book when I started it. The reader was quite serious sounding but as the story developed it makes sense. The story wouldn’t have the same impact if it wasn’t read in a serious voice. Great job! Great story.

Amazing book

This audio book doesn’t feel like an audio book, it feels like an intimate story being shared amongst friends. It was well put together and definitely was quite heartfelt. I loved it.

Great book with awesome examples

So I'm still a newlywed but one thing I've been worried about was the increased divorce rate. It really seems many people in my generation end up divorced, and I wanted to know why and how to overcome it.
This book makes perfect sense and with honesty seems common sense once you hear it.
This book seems well researched and I like that I know knowledge now and can actively and consistently work on being the apple of my husband's eye.

Seems the same as her father's book

I've listened/read both Rachel Cruze and Dave Ramsey's books and they are very similar. However, Dave's books have the ability of adding new material so it doesn't sound like the same thing.
This book wasn't not able to succeed with that goal and sounds the same as the previous book and also the same as her father's books. I was a little disappointed to be honest.

Filled with twists

This was such a great book. It had so many twists that I really didn't know what was happening until the very end. This is a good thing since many books can be predictable.

I love Dave Ramsey's approach to finance

I was raised with slightly different views on debt compared to my peers. Somehow many people think debt is okay. Thankfully my Papi taught me to work hard and pay with the funds I have. If I don't have the money, then I need to save more OR I don't need it.
It was refreshing to find a financial adviser teaching these same principles! I listened eagerly to find how to build up my wealth.
Thank you Dave Ramsey, for validating my financial weirdness.

Great, common sense budgeting concepts

When the book first started I was a little surprised on how aggressive he was. It was more then usual.
I love listening to Dave Ramsey's show so I expected a little bit of gruffness in his voice but the beginning chapter was a little bit ridiculous. Towards the middle of the audio book, he calmed down and began to perform more like he does on his show.
Don't get me wrong, it was a great book, it has great concepts that seemed to have been forgotten as generations went by and we should all should be reminded of. I just wished he didn't over act in the first chapter. It didn't deter me and I finished the book, however I feel that this may be turning some potential listeners away.
Try this audio book, it does calm down and you will be able to get some good budgeting and money handling reminders from it.
