Excellent Keto with a story that I can relate to!

Engaging narration by the author. A story that this nearly 60 year old Type 2 diabetic can relate to. Metaphors keep you in the game even when the science is explained. I just finished the whole audio book and plan to start again now that I see the whole story. Bought the kindle version for quick or detailed look-ups. Highly recommend. Buy the accompanying workbook in hard copy if you plan to try this strategy for yourself. I did.

This book should be required reading in high school, again in college, and multiple times during life. Inspiring and immediately actionable, the contents are truly exceptional. I purchased physical copies for each of my adult children, one for my husband and I, and one for the VP of Student Development at the residential high school at which I work. The Audible narrator's performance is excellent and easy to listen to. Navarro's personal stories used in illustrating the hows and whys of the principles in the book contribute greatly to the actionability of such. Highly recommended.

I wish the author had narrated this book. I have seen her do TED talks and this book would have been so much better had she narrated it.. The actual narrator was only slightly more human than Text-to-Speech apps on my phone or PC. However, the information contained in the work is good, at least for the person wanting to know more about identifying possible deception. It will definitely be a listen-more-than-once part of my library...just for the content.
