I’ve been waiting on this book since Grover met Sierra in Aspen’s book and although I was impatient I was not disappointed! Wonderful as always!

Horrible Narration

Troy Duran is ok when there is only one male character being Narrated but the switch back and forth doesn't work for him. Also Keira Stevens? Seriously she ruins the sexy parts of the book because her eroticism comes out as though she is crying instead of enjoying being intimate with someone. I have read this series before and liked it so I thought I would try the audio version, it was a bad idea.

He did a good job and the book was enjoyable however, the difference between voices was so slight it was almost nonexistent. This series could have been really good with two narrators.

Another great series but...

I really liked this book, it’s a great progression of the delta force stories. However, can we please have Stella Bloom back? She is much better at individualizing the voices between characters.

Mmmhm! Gaelic SEALS!

I’m so mad at myself for waiting this long to start this series! I’m literally addicted to ALL of the series’ that Susan Stoker has written but, even better than that is a clan of strong, loyal, and dedicated Gaelic men. At some points the book was slow but there was really never a time that I found myself irritated with either Taryn/Kiera or Jake. I was so warmed by the tenderness she brought out in Caine who is so obviously in need of a sweet and soft presence in his life, I already know his story will tear my heart to shreds before it’s out back together by that love. I can’t wait to start on Ian’s story next, I’m already in love with this entire hardheaded family and interested to meet the fiery, strong and caring woman who whisks away his heart!

I like the two book series however Kelly is a doormat. I mean, how many times of being told you’re not significant are acceptable before you say screw you and the horse you rode in on?? It’s almost like he doesn’t feel like he’s worth more, like landing his childhood crush is enough. There are so many times that I called Blue a douche!

I’m disappointed in this book! I really liked the beauty series but this is practically the same book with name and location changes. Instead of offering a 3 month no strings attached relationship he pays half a million pounds for her. Instead of a musician she’s a student. It’s as though she plagiarized her own book. Glad I was able to exchange and get my credit back.
