This was such a cute Christmas rom com. It gives you all the feels and a bit of spice. Thank you, A.J.! And the icing on the gingerbread house, was two of my all-time favorite narrators narrating this cute story. Both of them are amazing at what they do! Keep up the magic, Andi and Teddy! You can't go wrong with this story, give it a listen.

Still in love with it

When I saw that MZ was rerecording her books, I was crossing my fingers that Kulti would be one of them. I love Callie Dalton and think she's amazing. But there is something to be said about a man narrating the male voices. I loved this rerecording! This book is just a slow burn wonder. MZ is one of the absolute best at what she does! The narrators were great! I love that they both did accents perfectly, in my opinion. Overall, it was wonderful and I very much recommend this book. Thank you, MZ!

Good Story

This was a good book, not a great book. I agree with other reviewers, the MFC is very naive and does not make good decisions. She tends to believe what she is told, instead of learning by what she sees with her own eyes. It is very frustrating as a reader. Even with that being said, it is still a good book. The world building is good, and it is exciting, so I am going to buy the second book in the series. If you are a romantasy lover, I'd still recommend picking up this book to decide for yourself. I don't think you'll be disappointed enough to regret listening to it.

Great Series

I had not heard of this series, I just happened to come across it since the first two books are free on Audible, and the third is on sale right now. I think this series should have more people talking about it. I have loved the first two books! The narrator is hard to listen to at first, because she is pretty monotone. However, she is good with accents and the story pulled me in enough to not care about the narrator. If you're debating trying this series out, my opinion is to go for it!

Great Start

This is an amazing start to a new epic series! I couldn't stop listening. You have a new fan, Domino. Thank you for this book! The narrator was great, as well, bringing the characters to life for me. I do think that having Sam's POV would have been a great addition, but it didn't make this book any less than stellar, in my opinion. (Just in case it matters to people reading this review and deciding whether to give this book a try, I'm a 42 yr old female, sharing an account with my husband.)

Still Amazing

So, this is my second time listening to this book. I listened years ago and loved it. A good book, for me, takes me out of my crowded head and makes me laugh and feel good. This book has not lost any of its magic for me. Thank you, Emma Chase, for these wonderful characters and this amazing book. And you can never go wrong with these two narrators, Andi and Zachary! They bring this story to life in the most incredible way! Great writing and two of the best narrators in the business, you can't go wrong!

Adorable Novella

This story is too cute! It was the perfect thing to listen to between books. It made me want to binge listen to all the other novellas by this author. The narrators were excellent! I whole heartedly recommend this to anyone looking for a super cute, funny, no angst, good time!

Oh MZ, you are amazing!

MZ, I love your writing so darn much! They don't call you the Queen of slow-burn for no reason. This book did not disappoint! I just finished it and I'm so sad it's over. I loved it as much as my other two favs, Kulti and The Wall of Winnepeg and Me. Callie was amazing, as always! I've never listened to Connor before and now he's up there with my favs! The narrators were perfect! If you're on the fence about this one, don't be! Go for it!

Emotional and Sweet

This was such a sweet story. It was emotional and dealt with some hard issues, for both characters. But it was a really good story. I think both narrators did a good job. I know not everyone liked the female narrator, and I understand what they may not have liked, but she really didn't bother me. I think she did just fine. I recommend this book for anyone looking for an emotional but sweet romance, that grows in love and isn't instant love without hardships.
