I cannot get enough of Buroker’s fantasy series’ with dragons especially. This one kept my interest the entirety of the series, and book 5 had me on my toes the entire time! It really lead perfectly into book 6. I am in constant awe of the talent of writing from Buroker

Listen for at least 3 chapters first

I see a lot of people saying this book was not engaging to them and while that may be the case, I have found with numerous fantasy books I have to at least listen to/read the first three chapters. After that, I can kinda determine whether I will enjoy it or not. And almost every time, I am fully committed. I am in the third book of this series and find it amazing! I absolutely LOVE Caitlin Davies and have listened to many series’ with her narration. She was a wonderful choice for this series.
SPOILER ALERT :
That being said, I cannot understand what Vahly’s Griffon’s name is lol I have tried finding it on the internet but couldn’t. And Audible doesn’t allow captions so I can’t see the spelling of the name in order to know. I really want to know what his name is. I keep listening closely but can’t determine exactly what it is.

Yet another amazing saga

I wish I wasn’t coming to an end with this collection. I once again fell absolutely in love with the characters. I didn’t expect to like it as much as I did Dragon Blood, but the I listened to Dragon Storm and was completely in awe of how easily I was transported back into the world from Dragon Blood. I was worried I wouldn’t enjoy another series as much but Forgotten Ages was just as enjoyable. I fell in love with it as well. I would love to continue listening to more books similar to these in the future of Buroker’s book series’.

My favorite series!

This book, along with the entire series of the Dragon Blood story, took me by surprise in the best way possible. I honestly miss the characters and the story when I completed every book. I was hooked and I still wish there was much more to listen to because I enjoyed them so much. Do yourself a favor and listen to this series!! Caitlin Davies also does a spectacular job of separating each character in your head and is a wonderful voice actor!

One of my FAVORITE series!!!

I am SO glad I started this series. I’m in the middle of this book and still completely addicted. I usually cannot stay interested in fantasy books and I wasn’t convinced that I would enjoy this series but… I suggest EVERYBODY give it a listen :) absolutely amazing, lovely woman who does the reading for Audible too. Absolute perfect choice! Thank you for this amazing series, Lindsay!

Okay, I have to say that I was skeptical at first… I struggle to find books that I thoroughly enjoy and can get deeply into the characters and storylines. I had just finished listening to all of the Harry Potter series and I skimmed through book after book after book until I was extremely frustrated… and then I stumbled across this series. I read reviews about how good it was and to give it a chance. The first two chapters of the first book I have to say I was struggling to relate to the characters and to grasp hold of it… but I told myself to just keep listening. And I am SO glad I did. I got into the third chapter, and by the end of it and beginning the fourth chapter I realized that I was hooked already! The performance is absolutely amazing to listen to and my heart is attached to these fictional people and relationships just as they are with Harry Potter. If you’re as skeptical to try it as I was, please try it, and stick around until the fourth chapter at least. You will be hooked or about to be hooked by then 😊☺️☺️
