Good but I question some of be info.

It's good and very detailed for the most part, but being an unofficial biography, I question some of the material. The first thing that made me wonder the accuracy of the facts is when he mentioned that a North American tour started off in my hometown of Toronto. After looking up the show (to research the tiny venue which is now down the street from my current home), I found out that it wasn't even close to being the start of the tour, as they had been covering the area for months. Not a huge deal, but made me wonder how credible all the author's facts were. He also seemed to have a very very low opinion of Lars, the drummer. Which is fine, as many in the industry have disliked the guy... but this should be a biography, not a personal opportunity to insult the guy for 11 hours straight.

Overall an entertaining listen for any Metallica fan.

Bible Worship Disguised as Psychological Self-Help

It is a shame that books like this are not classified under faith sections, or have a notation that they are heavily based on theology.

There are a handful of really good pieces of advice regarding codependent attachment, but every single point is punctuated with "ultimately it's god's will and only if you heel to his will, can you be free" kind of stuff.

The author is free to express whatever she desires, but the consumer has a right to know if a topic they find offensive is about to be bought. We often have laws for labeling on things like ingredients, contains nuts, etc., so maybe we need labeling rules like that on books which stray from scientific reality.

I will be refunding this audiobook.

Promote Scientology and advertises his website 400 times

DO NOT BUY THIS.

There are some OK sales suggestions, but every chapter is an advertisement for his website, twitter, etc. And when he stared promoting Scientology and the book which Scientology is based on, I decided that enough was enough and that a refund of the book was necessary. Shame, because he is probably a really good salesman with decent advice. Shame that he is a lost individual trying to promote crackpot religious stuff.

Audio was not edited/produced. Read way too slow.

The audio was not properly produced. Multiple times, he reads part of a line, and then stops and reads it again. It as if he is actually reading a book, making mistakes and getting distracted, and no audio producers are editing that before it was uploaded. The story was fine. Some good stuff there. But the editing and reading were horrible. He read way too slowly. I listened on 1.5x speed and it was still odd at times. Not a smooth flowing narration. He's a good man, though and a great speaker/thinker for society. He just should have had a professional narrator do the book.
