One of the greatest and life changing books I've read. Mainly because it's about a taboo topic that we don't really talk about much. Everybody is hustling and working hard on their careers, so that we often forget to rest and give ourselves a break. Which is a shame! Beacause it is not only important for our physical and mental health, but it might actually be the primary source of great inspiration for our goal planning, ideas forming and creative thinking background!

This book made me take action for the first time in my life

Amazing book with a lot of valuable data from latest research in multiple areas of medicine and science. A lot of useful tips but mainly the information that will be so shocking to you, that you will be called to action quick! I started exercising much more, knowing the real data behind it, fixed my nutrition approach, cutoff sugar completely and got bloodwork done, including my ApoB levels. Never in my life did a simple book leave such an impact on my health!
