Historia
The great psychologist Abraham Maslow's life's work was devoted to studying the nature of personality. His forte was that he was interested in personality at all levels. He described and codified the state of ultimate mental health. He called it "self-actualization". He taught human motivation as emerging from a hierarchy of needs - as basic needs are met like food and water, higher needs arise like love. At the pinnacle stands self-actualization.

Felt like attending a college lecture that requires study after the class. It may take several times of listening to fully grasp the concepts.
