I can’t imagine they let someone so inexperienced stay alone in a tent in the Winter for 7 months!!! Just nuts! But survive he did with many stories to tell. This story will stay with you and touch you. The part where he searched for his Father and Brother really got me. How he must of felt!! Also the part about his dog! I’m not forgiving him about that!!!! Sorry I can’t! All in all great book

Read the book first and when it came out in Audible I just had to listen to it again! The narrator does a great job! His voice is easy to listen too. It’s important to have the right voice or it’s a struggle. I have stopped listening to some for that reason.
The painful struggle of Marjans family is heartbreaking enough and then Marjan himself gets caught up in a life of smuggling and drugs. A secret life that could of been his demise at several turns. Like a cat with 9 lives Marjan was born again over and over. The fact that this is based on a true story is mind blowing, and miracle he survived. Not only survived but completely did a 360! God had a plan for Marjan and his family not only to live but to prosper.
I highly recommend you to read or listen to this book. Good things come to those who trust in the Lord

Really enjoyed the story and narration. Inspector Pirot is a favorite of mine! Agatha Christie mystery’s have been around for awhile. Nice to find them in audio

Very touching story of the connection between a cat and its owner. Cats are particular in how they connect with people. I loved the faithfulness of this story to the very end.

Unwed pregnancy

This story is heart wrenching! This poor woman was put through unbelievable abuse. Hard to believe they thought this was how they should treat someone. Then add in a Nun that took her abuse out in Nora too. This book will cause many different emotions! So glad I read it. Highly recommend

Heartfelt memory

I found out early this morning that a good friend of ours passed away. His wife passed last year about the same time. 1year apart. This story really touched me today. The reality of life, death and the healing power of forgiveness. What a wonderful neighbor you had to help guide you and give you friendship. This story touched my heart
