gives wonderful, and useable information, techniques, and insights for developing a more loving, kinder, and more authentic relationship with Oneself. I found myself truly resonating with a great deal of what is discussed, and felt a shift in perception and perspective in regards to mmy own head chatter. The relationship with ourself is the longest, and most significant relationship we will ever have. Better to start learning to really care, love, and be cocompassionate to Ourself, or it could be a very unhappy life.

keep device volume low

just the volume change in the voice, but if kept on low from the start, the sudden change wasn't jarring when the voice volume suddenly increased 35 mins into the meditation.
