I would recommend this to anyone who is new to self-help. Each principle is clearly explained with practical examples. Some of the claims weren’t as rigorously backed as I would have preferred (cell energy, vibrations, things like that), but the book is overall a good introduction to general mental wellness principles (of course, it is not a substitution for professional help).
