Everyone sounded like an 80 year old funslinger from the wild west.
Revisado: 04-30-25
Thank God I read this book previously because the narration almost killed it for me. Everyone sounded the same, like they were talking with a mouth full of Skoll in the wild west of 1890. Having listened to the Dramatized first book, this one was a major let-down. I found myself constantly annoyed and frustrated to be drawn out of the amazing story by bad accents, cadences, and inflection. I don't normally leave reviews, but I wanted to warn the next person to save themselves the money and wait for the Dramatized version or just read it themselves.

Historia
When I left my old life behind, I thought I’d seen the worst of it. Turns out, I was wrong. Six months after discovering I’m a Warlock, surviving my first semester at a magic college filled with witches, and forming a coven with my roommate, things are getting complicated. Just as I’m starting to make sense of Willowmere and the Witch Families that want me bound to them—or dead—Morgan, the closest thing I had to family in foster care, shows up. Only she’s got magic of her own.

it's great writing
Revisado: 04-07-25
I really enjoyed this book. mainly because even though it's an outrageous premise, the writer takes it seriously. relationship Dynamics people 's likes and dislikes. the whole background of the world feels very solid and lived in and it's interesting experience as the main character who's basically a fish out of water learns about the world and which he's falling into for good and ill. I would tell them more about the plot, but I don't want to destroy your enjoyment of the book. if you rock the previous book, you're going to like this one even more. the author has a lot more time for characterization and just laying out everything else in the book. he doesn't have to establish the entire world like he did in the first book. if you don't like spicy sayings, there's only really two. they can be skipped over pretty easily and still maintain the entirety of what's going on in the book so you can just skip an entire chapter. the writer set it up that way for people who don't care for that sort of thing. they can easily skip it and still have everything all the knowledge that they need. I hope this review helps you

if you liked The previous books in this series. you'll love this one. if you didn't like the previous books in this series, you're not going to like this and if you haven't read any of the previous books you can start here, but you'll have a lot more fun you started to be bringing. I'm not going to tell if you any plot points. I'm not going to tell you stuff like that because it'll ruin the book for you. but there is great fight scenes. interesting use of some magic good characterizations fully fleshed out. what about characters? a rich and imaginative world controller. I apologize for any spelling errors or odd grammatical stuff because I'm writing this review with voice to text mail you to help boost the author's number because this is a public deserves to be read from other people cuz they're really good

Historia
Becoming a knockoff Dracula in tight leather pants was never part of Vincent’s plans. Neither was being summoned to another world by a cult of vampire wannabes. But both happened. Now, Vincent’s left to pick up the tattered pieces of his humanity as he tries to grow strong enough to keep his family safe. The world is filled with nightmares, and the looming threat of losing his soul stands between his goal and his reality, so it’s not like it will be too hard or anything. Hell should tremble. A good man is going to war.

I read this author's other series about the farmer how to become a farmer in 52 easy steps and I'm really glad I tried this series too. turns a lot of tropes on their head. it has a lot of fun with them but doesn't let that hold it back from telling a good story. having plenty of action adventure the man's very descriptive. some decent plot twists really an interesting world. very fun to explore the main character as he discovers things at the same time we do looking. I already read the print version of going to buy it in an audible version just so I can listen to it at work. I've listened to this book multiple times already. it holds up really well for multiple re-listens. I apologize for any spelling yours and madness for you. it's voice to text cuz I'm at work. hope this helps

Revisado: 01-17-25
it's a good book. the author laid a lot of plot lines out. really set things up for book three and a lot of stuff that's going to happen in book three. it was a solid book. it was nice to see some of the potential of the multiple powers that you main character has being used. be realized. I'm wondering if the author is going to be able to tie this character in to the same universe as some of the other characters are in that I follow. I can't tell you much about the plot cuz I don't want to spoil up for you. I'm riding this review with voice to text so that's why my sentences and syntax are not the best. I hope this review helps you, but I'm mainly doing it to help boost the author's numbers

if you like the previous books in this series, you're really going to enjoy this one. it's another great adventure. more good fights. more good characterization. good growth, a secondary characters. not a couple nice twists very satisfying to read and a decently long book, not just a short jaunt. I highly recommend I'm writing this review with voice to text, so I apologize for any misspellings or lack of coherence due to bad voice to text translation. hope this helps

I really enjoyed this book. if you like the previous one in the series you're going to like this. it's even better because you just have to take time to establish the world or lay out the powers or any of that stuff. you can just hit the ground running. there's a lot of action. the main protagonist isn't an idiot which is nice for once. looking forward to seeing this character and some of the other characters from previous books he's written cross path, which where it looks like it's leading. really looking to see how the character uses. his powers in the future has a great ending. I can't really tell you anything more without giving away the plot and ruining the book for you. I hope this helps. I'm writing this review with voice to text

what can I say it's another good book in the series at all. the characters I liked it was just solid through and through decent plot. some good suspense. nice to see the world expand it a little bit in another little cow that's always been referenced but never really visited. it's a nice political intrigue. some other plot points that I won't go into and so I don't spoil the book. I apologize for any spelling errors and I'm writing this with voice to text mainly just to help the author sell more books
