This is such a great and tangible book for all athletes. Whether you’ve been an athlete for a year or your whole life, there are so many helpful tips to help improve mindset, increase motivation and even tips on the best ways to recover. As a former athlete, this would’ve been a helpful tool to have when I was seeking to play sports at a higher level. Highly recommend.
