Rating the narrator

I'm finding the book extremely repetitive, and aimed more at professionals than family members. But the worst part is the narrator. I find Laural Merlington to have an almost unbearable reading voice. Monotone, lacking in modulation, robotic, very hard to listen to. I won't listen to another book read by her.
