Utter Trash..spend your credit on something else

The storyline was while not the most creative could have been interesting but this author decided to be lazy. Quite repetitive and boring. The constant recounting and the constant complaining became unbearable. Yes we get that there is only stew, yes we get that the names were cheesy, yes we get that the dog was a know it, do you have to tell us every other paragraph?

Where is the plot development, where is the character development? All we know about the MC is he is bored of this world after spending a few weeks , he doesn't like the dog and oh yeah he is virtuous. At a point I forgot he was suppose to be a 19 yr old and not a 12 yr old.
The story was so boring even the narrator seems to be bored or maybe he only sounded bored because he realized that the story is giving bored? Instead of developing a wonderful intriguing narrative the very lazy author decided to go with the " this is such a tropey scene" route. The character was bored of everything going on why did you think we the readers would find it interesting.

To make it worst this author decided to go at it with the reviewers. He cusses us out in the afterward and even goes on to cuss us out within the book instead of listen to what the readers want. Over all really awful listen but at this point I blame myself cause why did i sit and listen to all 3 books?

It was OK until it became rather repetitive. Also felt a bit all over the place. overall a decent enough listen to pass the time

Annoying fmc...petulant, hypocritical and quite bitchy. A wasted credit. And it's not just this book, as if this is normal female behavior

it's a nice concept but repeating every explanation given in book 1 not once not twice but countless amount of times is pretty ridiculous. like you would just hear something in chapter 1 and by chapter three it's being recalled

when does the good guy become an asshole as well? is it ok to start arguments and fights because you are "helping" 🤔 . Not sure I like the start violence to stop violence idea. otherwise it was Pokémon with all grown up-ish because there were so very childish scenes

one of the men who doesn't want to be with the girl, the girl whining about how sad and lonely she is but she as got to protect her heart and be strong, girl is super powerful and the bad guys are out to get her. Oh lets not forget that there is a secret that cannot be told for her protection of course even when its clear the gig is up....... it's so ridiculous. interchange the names and its as if these "authors just copy and paste this crap. what about originality?

DNF...can't deal with the childish hypocritical behavior. Is this what a strong female lead is suppose to be? this woke feminist bull is also so very annoying. as a female I cannot relate

What a boring repetitive foolish book. This girl is so annoying....I don't want to know the secret but I'm so angry that I don't know the secret, he's so hot but he is to old but no he is so hot. not to mention how stupid the male is always so angry and moody for what reason? I can't believe the high ratings for this crap 😳.

Boring and useless details that the author himself seems to forget at times!!!!

I know that some people like to understand "how the magic works" but such useless mundane descriptions, sometimes I don't even remember what the original point was. This was a tedious listen. Story did not flow seems as if the author himself was bored😅.
Eventually I used it as background noise.
