Truly enjoyed not only the new skill of getting to a Theta state but learning how/why it works. I’m glad they do not spend too much time giving examples of success stories and are great of practicing with you.

Very informative.. Gave me a lot to think about before opening a bar. There's a lot involved and the book gives you a good preparation with actual numbers and percentages. Good stuff.
