I think my header says it all. Well structured. Studies backed up by evidence. I've read several self help books and this one broke it down in a new way that worked for my hyper-analytical brain.

i really liked the content. some chapters were more interesting than others, due to technical language. it got a little hard to understand at parts (due to fact I'm not in neuro program), but I'm sure I'll take another shot at it at some point

i don't know how the actual book is, because the voice of the guy who reads it sounds like a robot - completely inhuman - which is the opposite of how thoughts by gethard should be read. Ill buy the book and return the audible.
