I truly appreciate this book. All topics were explained in easy-to-understand ways, and the narration was outstanding. The author addressed not only common communication issues but complex ones with workable solutions. It has noticeably improved my communication skills and therefore the relationships with several family members. It is an excellent resource for quick reference going forward. Thank you very much. This book is a game changer, truly it’s life changing — for the better!

This book was everything I expected it would be and more. All of the content was believable, inspiring and was delivered well. It was impossible to press pause for any reason; had to listen straight through. Many times it brought me to tears, tears of joy and peace, as the messages were a direct hit.
