Dan is really great to listen to. I could listen to his speeches for hours

Motivational........cant say the exact moment.
What does Dan Polimino bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
again, totally motivational and a great listen.
What did you learn from The Great Shape-Up Program that you would use in your daily life?
Most information I have learnt already, but always good to get a kick in the proverbial butt sometimes.....and he is pretty good with that :-)

Would have been extra great if there was a pdf with some of the information from his speeches - he keeps referring to the workbook.

Would you consider the audio edition of Younger Next Year to be better than the print version?
Brilliant audio - enjoyed it thoroughly.
Listening to it for a 2nd time.
Recently bought the kindle Younger next year for Women.
Cant wait to start reading it.
