I got it and attempted to do it religiously, but failed. Definitely felt a difference after 4 religious attempts, only because this time I'm at my 4 week period and after trying so much I have the ability to see and feel the change. It says to try for a 30 day period, I was only able to do a week to 2 weeks. Some nights I'd remember some nights I wouldn't. However this time I'm sticking to it.
